Unfortunately no item arrived
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to rate the actual product because I have never received it.
I paid for the item and, after waiting over two weeks with no delivery, I contacted Mateus by email. He explained that the item appeared to have gone missing in the post, said he had never experienced anything like this before, and promised to look into it and send a replacement.
Quite some time has now passed since that response, and I still haven’t received either the original item or a replacement. As things stand, I have paid for a product that I simply haven’t received.
For that reason, I can’t comment on the quality of the product itself. However, I am very disappointed with the overall experience and, particularly, that despite raising the issue and being promised a replacement, nothing has been done to rectify the situation.

Good service, poor product
Can’t fault the service - quick shipping and good communication. However, the link itself isn’t great - needs more chamfering around the edges to make it look more like a Royal Oak bracelet link
