Not Okay

I read this book quickly; it was a page turner in the way one continues to read in order to understand what is going on. I remained confused, but intrigued. Being a 32 year night shift nurse; I understood Martin's brain fog after uneasy sleep and how sleep itself can be elusive for a night shift worker. This personal experience and my own PTSD and dysthymic depression is what kept me turning pages. Although I have finished the book; I remain confused about what was real and what was not. Perhaps this was David's intent in the first place. If this was the first book you have read by Mr. Viergutz; may I encourage you to choose another to read in order to truly appreciate David's talent as a horror author.
