DualStrike RGB/Neopixel Saber

We saved up and spent a lot of money on a dual blade lightsaber as a gift for my son's birthday. One side of it arrived damaged and we immediately contacted the seller. At first they were apologetic and responsive, assuring us a replacement would be in it's way. It has been three months - no replacement and they have stopped answering our emails. We are very disappointed and worst of all, are out the money for our son to have his lightsaber. We cannot recommend this company.

There were some long delays with shipping but customer service was very upfront with the delays and the order being held up with customs and even sent a replacement which got through in a couple weeks. The sabers themselves are lots of fun. The motion controls take some getting used to but make it even more fun, especially switching colors in the middle of battle :D

Just great

Got my sabers quicker than I expected and they were very good quality. Got a message of their arrival just seconds after they were delivered. Overall my best saber experience.
