Shipped Folded, so Won't Lie Flat

The liner itself would've been a nice product, but ridiculously poor service destroyed it: you shipped the liner in a short box folded in thirds like a letter. So, shocker, it arrived creased and will therefore never lay flat on its intended shelf. The creases look bad, too.
