Chris was super easy to work with. My son is the one that told me to purchase the front end kit for my 06 Dually. When I got the parts in, I was surprised, pleasantly. The finish powder coating is exceptional. The size of the pieces are huge, which which means it is stout. I couldn’t be happier with the end product. I purchased a steering linkage from the competition. Straight out of the box I had issues with it. Also was in a time crunch to get the truck finished. Long story short, I called Chris and asked if he had a steering linkage in stock. Luckily for me he did, he shipped it out that day and next day air(I was in a hurry). Did I get it next day? No, Chris did explain they just had been hit with a winter storm, I took a chance on UPS…. But! Chris answered the phone, answered my questions, shipped the product same day. The service could not have been better. The linkage went together great, love the ease of adjustment. Yes torquing the couplers is time consuming. Big deal. I really like this style coupler compared to the competitors. Truck drives great. Definitely will purchase from Bad Axe again!
