I bought the mix for my daughter (who is Coeliac) for Mother's Day. She made them and loved them - so much that the rest of the family were allowed only a smidgen to taste while she enjoyed her well-earned treat! She subsequently sent me a very excited message when she discovered the mixes are available at a store in her town -happy, happy, happy!
