2021-2024 Cadillac Escalade Illuminated Blackout Emblem

Had a small issue after install. Contacted them on their website help chat. I did receive and response their help chat only works cerain hours. I did recieve a text from an employee and walked me through the process. He admitted they had a few issues with some of the pins in the connector. He gave me a few options….cut the wires and swap them, sendnit back and wait fir another. I chose the easy route. I appreciate the honestly and the willingness to resolve the problem after hours. You dont see that cery often any more. Top notch. Thanks again
