Not happy

I am very disappointed in your choice of hats to place a CROATIAN symbol the hat has no support what so ever in the crown portion of the hat it is very flat and wrinkled .It sadden's me that you would do this to make a profit shame on you .You could of spent a few more dollars and got a good hat that would hold its shape for years to come to please your customers.
