The product is amazing quality and they were very open to doing custom backings (i wanted two instead of the regualr one for sturdiness and ZoArtix made it easy). My only issue was the timing. There was a holiday and warehouses were down, but even after that, it took a while to ship. So light warning: order ahead of any holidays to avoid this delay the best you can.
Again, the product was great- color, size, customization, etc. was as promised.
