Catches Bass

This bait catches bass, especially in swallow water when you work it on top of the water. It also works in deeper water when you allow it to sink to the bottom. Similar to a senko worn, the bass typically bait it in the fall.

Outstanding bait!

I began my pre-spawn fishing for largemouth bass using the Dark Gill Flux Gill (3.5"). I had an assortment of rods rigged for the trip (Lake Lucas, Asheboro, NC) and was getting skunked. I bought the flux Gill because I saw Matt Stefan using it and decided to practice with it because nothing was biting. Within minutes I caught a 2lb largemouth and on the way back to the dock I flipped it into a lay down and caught a 6lb 10 Oz. Largemouth. I spoke to other fisherman at the dock and they weren't catching anything. Since then I have thrown this bait into almost every lay down I've come across and caught several 3, 4 and 5 lb largemouth. I am a big zoom Fluke guy but the flux Gill has become my favorite now. It gets bit and it catches big. Great job Berkley!
