Great Customer Service!

Had been experiencing weird typing events for a while, even after making sure my keyboard was charged. Got in touch with the folks of Qwerkywriter, explained what was happening, sent them a sample and they seemed to know what the deal was. Provided me with possible issue, clear instructions on sending my keyboard to them, got it done, informed me they were sending it back and …fixed and done! I love my Qwerkywriter keyboard plus when friends see it or folks here me typing the reaction is so cool. What is that, where do I get one, and the like. Thank you so very much Qwerkywriter folks!!!
