I work in a deep freezer, -25 c, for 12 hours. My company issued gear wasn't cutting it, so I decided to look elsewhere for something warmer, durable, and that met my dexterity requirements. These surplus mittens perfectly suit my needs, paired with a surplus swiss wool liner. They last a while, the leather provides decent grip, and I learned how to manipulate buttons on my scanner with the mittens on. If I have to take them off for a quick sec, they're easy on and off as well. I believe they're one size, and they do fit a variety of hand sizes decently, as a couple coworkers of mine have tried them on as well
