they are the wrong size and I have tried to contact you regarding returning and getting a refund. I don't want them and need them to go away and have had no support from your organization. Your websie says to contact Hearkent directly but gives no contact to reach out to.

Wrong size

I love the strap but I didn’t realize that there were different sizes. The watch face I have is18mm and the bands are 20mm. Had to order a new watch.
