I think it's a design flaw. The noodle is very thin aluminum. The problem is, when the Elliptigo is on its kickstand the handlebars have a tendency to turn to the left. This causes the noodle to hit the down tube of the frame. So, while it fixed the issue, I'm 100% positive it will happen again. I'd like to see the noodle be a heavier material so it could take a little abuse, i.e., hitting the frame without breaking.
