Plants Arrived Damaged

My plants arrived damaged. I guess the seller is sending plants out packaged wrong. If you pay for the plants and shipping, this should occur. Here is their response. “ Hi Angel, I’m so sorry you aren’t happy with how the plants arrived. They do look to be okay and will be totally fine when planted. They will perk up when you put them in the ground. They just got a little smashed from the air pillows which is normal. You can trim the plants where the bend is and this will actually make them grow and perk up faster. Let us know if you have any other questions!” I disagree with the seller not taking responsibility for proper packaging. All this could have been resolved if the seller would have packaged the plants with cardboard to the top of the box, rather than placing plastic air filled separators between the plants. The least the seller could offer is a credit back for some of the expenses in shipping, but hence, they did not. What the seller did correctly was include information about the plant and planting instructions. The plants appeared healthy when they shipped and will likely recover, but should never have been sent with air filled plastic separators. The plants deserved better 3bnatives. So do your customers.

Poor Packaging

I wasn't pleased with the way the plants were packaged - dry, lots of loose dirt in the box, and several broken leaves - but I can say that all plants appear to be growing and suffered no long lasting damage.
