It worked great until its first cleaning. Then one of the seal rings wont set back into place making the whole thing unstable. I really am not interested in downloading some program that is for your best interest (not mine, the customer) and have no other clear ways of reaching a actual human. So my thoughts are poor insofar as any product or customer service is concerned.
