I ordered the Icon Stack ring (18K white gold, 2.0ct Top Tier D/VVS) on 6/26 and didn’t receive it until 7/18 — over three weeks, with no shipping updates in between. When it finally arrived, the piece felt noticeably cheap, not what I’d expect from solid 18K gold or a top-tier diamond grade. When I reached out to request a return, I was told it required a 10% “refurbishing fee” plus return shipping at my expense, even though my concern was that the item didn’t match its description rather than a simple change of mind. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, but the lack of shipping communication and the costly return terms made this a frustrating experience overall. I’d think carefully before ordering here, especially for higher-value pieces.
