It came damaged! I didn’t really think that this is super cheap so the quality isn’t horrible. I don’t know if it’s worth $59 but to pull it out of the plastic bag that’s not even closed and it’s damaged. It’s very disappointing! One of the leather straps at the handle is just cut off. UPDATE So quite literally minutes after I sent them an email about the damaged product I’ve received an email back from the customer service department refunding me full $59 and promise to send me a new tray! They also asked me to do with this tray whatever I want! Customer service above and beyond, so considering that it came damaged but also considering how fast they responded and how they went above and beyond, refunding the money and sending me a new tray, keeping this one to do with as I please… that’s the real deal GREAT JOB
