First Kit

As strength increased and I started pushing into bigger weights I knew I needed this for injury prevention. Nothing will kill your gains more than getting a back or knee injury. Must have for any serious gym goers! Kit includes everything you need and shipping was great. I continue to lose weight at a rapid pace and once I get a better idea of my waist size moving forward I’ll definitely spring for one the more higher grade belts. But this kit is a great starting spot.
