Bad experience all around

I placed an order weeks ago. The shop sent the wrong size. I contacted them and heard back 2 days later. They shipped another one and again it was the wrong size. I contacted them and did not hear back for over a week. I’m still waiting to receive the correct size that I ordered. It’s one thing to make the mistake once, but shows real incompetence when it’s done again, and then to wait a week for a response after that is just really poor customer service.
