Patterned Tote Bag

I am obsessed with my bag. I was skeptical after reading some of the not so positive reviews but this bag is exactly what I paid for. Good quality, looks like the picture, great packaging. She came earlier than I expected and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Pictures in their website is the not the same what I received. They look different, no leather corners at the bittom. After contactng them, they changed the pictures on their website now, after the fact. And now they are fighting me on denying return and refund. Plus, my mother wants to order her bags regardless how they look, and they keep canceling her orders thinking it's me. Terrible Customer service. I do not recommend this seller
