it was just a hard piece of plastic that never molded to my mouth even after skipping the cold water and trying straight from boiling.
don’t know how it got such a quality rating.
even though i tried to get refund immediately
i had had no luck.
returned mouthpiece to china. paid additional €20. Still no refund, only promises.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
