Sterling Silver Box Chain - 3.1mm

Absolutely shocking company to deal with the chain I received had black marks on it, they told me to buy silver cleaner and clean it myself, I sent it back to them then they started ignoring my emails, phone numbers are non existing so don't buy items as you will have a fight to contact or speak to them, I buy a lot of jewellery online and have never been treated as bad as this customer service is diabolical I have told them to refund my money but after 16 emails I'm being ignored u don't even deserve 1 star
