OK- with issues
Wide at top relative to tighter wrist. No grippers at/above biceps so slouches down on arm. No compression. Thicker than hoped given the description. And yes there is a full-length flat seam. Keeping to use under hinged brace after elbow surgery til I can buy elsewhere.
