Great and detailed stretches
I bought the book because I’m a huge fan of Paul’s How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! and wanted to go deeper into the stretching and mobility section he introduces there. The flexibility content is outstanding if you are looking for a deep dive into stretching and mobility. Everything is detailed and well explained. Paul first teaches you how to assess yourself, identifying exactly where you are tight (so you don’t waste time stretching loose muscles), and then provides a list of stretches to loosen those tight areas. The explanations are precise, and the illustrations make it difficult to do them incorrectly.
While I bought this specifically to upgrade my mobility routine, the rest of the content is excellent.
This book must be the bible of golf conditioning.

Love it
I have left a full review on the non ebook version. The ebook however is great and of good digital quality. Handy for quick references in the gym. Highly recommend for professional and layman gymgoer alike.
