Cookies, great; delivery, horrible!

I ordered the cookies with the delivery date prior to Christmas. The delivery date kept changing and they were delivered about a week after Christmas. The reason given; holidays. When I ordered the cookies the week before Christmas, we all knew there was an upcoming holiday. That holiday happens every year. On a positive note, I am told the cookies were fantastic!

Amazing cookies, and even more amazing service!

I came across Bake the Cookie Shoppe while doing research on Las Vegas-based vendors for a last-minute corporate event. They offered the most reasonable rates and the largest variety of flavors, plus free custom packaging and local delivery for bulk orders. It was a no brainer that they were our top choice. Chad was super responsive even though the event was slated to happen in 2 days, and delivery/pickup on the day of the event went really smoothly as well.
