Great customer service. My order got stuck/lost while with the courier and they sent a replacement promptly. I love the mascara brush, slim and captures and coats my shorter outer lashes. Does not uncurl and and so far no flaking. Most likely order another one.

My lashes didn't clump and they stayed curled. I love the definition the lashes maintain and there was no flaking or "raccoon" eyes even after working a long 12 hr night shifts!
