Antonia Suede Double Mary Jane | Preorder

Very nice quality, but their sizing was way off. Im a true size 8 US and they suggested a 38. When i received them, they were too small (by a lot!) When i wanted to return them they informed me these were made especially for me? Not returnable!!? I was then told i could pick a different style of same shoes in a different size? Again, why do have other sizes if you made them custom? Doesnt make a lot of sense and not pleased this policy was not disclosed. Have a proper sizing tool and be transparent about your policies. On top of it all i paid $10 to ship. Also i emailed 3 times before i got a response. All of it was a major hassle and i hope to actually receive my shoes at some point since i couldn’t get a refund
