Only protects the back of the phone

I didn't realize that only back of the phone is covered for my Samsung galaxy z 8 fold wide. It's obvious that the second external half of the screen and the hinge also need to be protected. I had to contact the customer service and return the case. I give 4 stars review because the customer service was very easy to communicate to and very professional. They provided full refund and paid for return lable.
