Our girls are having a blast swimming in the sea! I made an error with my first order (Amazon had the wrong sizing charts), it was time sensitive to get this fixed and have the tails for our trip. The customer service agent (now dealing directly with SunTails) was amazing! She arranged for a credit for the incorrect tails, applied it to my new purchase, and had the correct sizes and monofins to be sent out in time for the trip. Truly wonderful to have that level of support! I was so pleased with the quality of the product and would recommend it. The material for the tails is strong and durable and the monofins are very well made, like flippers in the water. Our girls have played mermaid games since they were babies and this gift made their day/trip! They’ll be a travel essential for years to come!
