La Perle des Dieux' Lobster Bisque with Cognac

Smooth and creamy. Excellent lobster flavour. Not fishy. I don’t really know what to say other than, I’m an ex-Maritimer and this is as close to homemade lobster bisque that you’re going to get. Frankly, I’ve had some people’s homemade that couldn’t hold a candle to this. The true test, my wife loved it and I didn’t have to cook a dozen lobster carcasses. I’ll buy again.
