Canelo Black/Red Genuine Leather Boxing Gloves

The gloves themselves are OK, probably about $25 overpriced, but they sent me the wrong size. When I asked how we could resolve this they asked "if they fit or do I want to exchange?" Well, of course I want to exchange, I want what I ordered. These gloves took the better part of 3 weeks to arrive. Now they want me to ship the wrong gloves back -AT MY EXPENSE- and then they'll ship out the correct ones. This whole process would likely take another 3-4 weeks. This is ridiculous. I didn't make the mistake. They did, and now I am being penalized for wanting the correct order. Their customer service is absolute trash.
