Messy Curly Hair Bun Scrunchie with Bangs – Synthetic Hairpiece

I paid $20 to have this shipped and received within 3 days! You didn’t even ship it until the 4 th day and it came in too late to wear to the wedding. I would like to return it for full credit including the outrageous shipping cost. Please tell me how to do this. Also, product is skimpy and looks cheap. So very disappointed
