Neiges is my favorite perfume. It is also my husband’s favorite. Every time i wear Neiges, people compliment my fragrance and ask what it is and where to purchase it. I purchased my first bottle of Neiges on vacation while staying at the Vanderbilt Estate, The Biltmore, with my husband.
