This item arrived partially frozen and much of the product leaked through the mailing box. I alerted customer service but have not heard back in over a week.

This product is my favourite for removing my makeup. My eyes have been irritated by a lot of products in the past, and this one doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin, and the pump top is amazing.
