Soothing Rose Petal Gel Toner

Very lovely! What a gorgeous sent of roses and my skins was left so soft and smooth! This is an amazing toner! It moisturized my skin and removed any excess cleanser or makeup residue. I never tried a gel toner before and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be purchasing it again and I look forward to trying more Lise Watier products! ❤️
