It is a blue colored cream and goes on thick. Absorbs slowly so expect it on clothes if you immediately get dressed. The smell is fine. I am 2/3 through the tube after just a few weeks, nothing really noticeable yet. It is a decent moisturizer but that is not why I bought it. Time well tell but so far so good.
