Great lock but set up instructions are difficult to follow

This is a great lock and has all the features I wanted in a lock. I have found the start up process with loading the codes , face recognition and finger print difficult. I did manage to find a you tube video which has assisted . Set up instructions could be better and a better you tube assist video would be great
