X small is too big for an 11 lb dog and cannot be adjusted to fit.

The harness is. X small is way to large for my 11 lb Maltese mix

I love the PawSafe harness. Teddy is getting used to it.

Although I had a little trouble adjusting the harness to fit Teddy snuggly, I love it since I got it adjusted properly. Teddy is not fighting it at all but he seems a little confused with the leash coming from his front rather than the top. Best of all, he isn’t pulling. Thanks for making this harness. We love the sturdy leash too.
