A bad experience ever

I paid $50/month with ViaGlamour but cancelled due to late delivery despite of paying express shipping. When I reached out about possibly returning, support was polite but offered zero flexibility, no discount, no goodwill gesture, nothing. Just a heads-up that prices are jumping to $150/month for new members. Feels like they care more about new sign-ups than retaining past customers. Think twice before committing.

I wish I can say I love the products. I just still haven’t received them!
