ALFA™ MODERNO 2 Pizze Gas Pizza Oven [Hybrid-Capable]

Fantastic oven.

Purchased the Alfa Moderne 2 as I was looking for the ability to make multiple pizzas at a time, or, up to a large. The build quality and aesthetic of the oven is unmatched and it compliments our outdoor space perfectly. Heats up fast and down time between pizzas is practically zero because the bricks retain temperature like nothing I’ve experienced before. Been making my own doughs and breads forever, but for pizzas, was running an Ooni Koda for the last five years. This is quite the upgrade. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Neopolitan Pizza

I got my Moderno 2 NG oven about a month ago and have already made about 50 pizzas for family and of course all my new friends that come along with buying one of these.

Delivery was good. Used oven once so far after setup. Exceeded expectations
