Great bike, actually this is the 2nd Velotric Breeze purchased from Epic. Both times we experienced great customer service and support.

Well, if I told you this was the second e-bike I’ve purchase within a month it wouldn’t be a lie…but it would require a little back story. About four weeks ago I purchased a Magnum e-bike from Costco. The bike itself was okay, but at 70+ pounds the bike was almost 3/4’s of my body weight and to be honest, it always felt like it was way too much bike for me because of the weight and I was setting myself up to get hurt. On a whim, my husband and I stopped by Epic E-bike Adventures on Fremont Street just to look around. Boy, am I glad we did. We found the shop well stocked and both Eric and Anthony helpful and informative. When I explained to Eric what my issue was with my current bike he showed me the Velotric Breeze 1 which at only 48 pounds was PERFECT for me. To make it even better, Velotric was having their pre Black Friday sale which included discounted pricing on the bike itself as well as front and rear fenders and a front basket all of which Epic E-Bikes honored! They didn’t happen to have a front basket in the store, so Eric ordered me one at no additional cost. Anthony took my husband and me across the street to a huge parking lot and had me ride the bike, made seat adjustments, and went over more information including the bikes components . We then went back over to the shop where Anthony went over all the functions available on the bike and how to operate them. The entire experience with both Eric and Anthony was perfect and I walked out the door with my brand new beautiful red Velotric Breeze 1 e-bike and I’m finally a happy rider. If you are looking for an e-bike or just need parts and service on your existing e-bike (or any bike for that matter) I would highly recommend that you stop by Epic E-Bikes….they are truly a professional and knowledgeable bike shop.
