Once I ordered I was kept upto date with delivery times and I was surprised how quickly it arrived from ordering the next day it had arrived Easy to use and the smell is unreal had compliments by the load of how good it smells 10/10 for me

Purchased for someone else (who is male). Items were packaged well and arrived swiftly. Did take a sneaky sniff and the products smelt amazing!

Dear Support, Unfortunately, I don’t like the beard oil & balm that I purchased. The smell is too overbearing. I was wondering even whether the goods I received were potentially faulty as the smell is quite off-putting? I’m not sure if that’s due to the cannabis sativa seed oil in the beard oil that is causing the smell? It gives off a medicine sort of smell, and I’m not enjoying the products in all honesty. If I could have returned the products, I would have however I saw that your return policy doesn’t allow for returns once the products are opened which is a shame. The only positive is that the comb & derma roll I bought are new additions to my grooming kit, and work well. Yours truly, Uzair
