I received my order today which I had placed in May for Mother’s Day. I have bought an ink set from Levenger’s before and the 6 bottles came in a nice box which they could be conveniently stored in. After waiting months for this order, the 6 bottles arrived without the nice storage box - just 6 separate boxes loose. I was very disappointed after waiting so long. Seems like Levenger’s has gone down in quality and customer service.
