This Failed almost immediately

Rather than buying a cheaper option I purchased this £10 model hoping it was higher quality and would work. It did work for a couple of days and then stopped charging the phone, and audio was intermittent. I am very dissatisfied and now I have to spend time buying something else and trying to get a refund for an amount of money that makes me think, is it really worth the time? The lighting connector is a very bad design and has me trying different cables all the time to find one that connects. Hence trying trying to find a quality item that actually works,. It was not not this little horror. Maplin, please arrange for a refund. I will gladly return the faulty item.
