You guys sold me two items on this order. This one was a pre-order. The other was a throw blanket that had been in stock for a couple of years. I understand that you had to wait to receive the pre-order before you could ship the pair. Somehow you managed to run out of the throw blanket before you shipped the hoodie. Not only that you put the blanket on sale a couple of days after I ordered it. So . . . it's not that hard to pick an item out of the warehouse that was already paid for and hold onto it for a couple of weeks before you ship it with the pre-ordered item. This was a good hoodie but you dropped the ball on simply setting an item aside. It may not have been a high ticket item but it was still an important Christmas gift for the person who was supposed to receive it. I'm still very bummed about this.
