TRHS Magnesium & Methylated B Vitamin Complex Formula - 90 Capsules

Not as much change...yet!

Just started taking these. I've switched from another brand as these seem to be far better. Started with the three tablets and noticed that I was clearly taking too much, and switched to two in the morning which seems better at the moment, will try taking one at night and see if there's much difference... While at the moment I'm not seeing much difference, taking the suggested amount, I'm actually able to tell that I'm taking too much, which at least means I know I'm getting enough! First time it's happened with the recommended dose which tells me other brands don't give you half as much as you actually need!

I take mag b every morning along with trhs vitamin d+k. perfect for prolonged energy all day.
