such great for hand-eye coordination and balance exercise. I have been looking for something useful for agility, too. These are amazing. Thank you!! I have had too many falls, trouble getting back to good gait and normal walking after total knee joint replacement two years ago. These are superb!

It's been very fun using the Sturdey products with my seniors. Helps boost their balance and their spacial awareness. Easy and fun to use and very helpful!

I brought the pack to PT this week and my therapist is impressed! The ball has great rebound, visually stimulating, and was so much fun! I used it while balancing on a foam pad between parallel bars. Next week we are using the paddles and balloon. I focused on the ball and not on trying to maintain my balance. The therapist was amazed at my progress and I didn’t constantly grab for the bars. I gave her one of my coupons and she was sharing the information with coworkers.
