Within a couple of weeks of drinking it daily, I genuinely started to feel a difference. Less stiffness all round and I feel much more comfortable. It has an earthy warm flavour which is delicious and I love its all natural ingredients like turmeric and ginger. The ginger really soothes my tummy. It’s a permanent in my routine now.
