This is a great, well thought out bag. The shoe storage area can be packed away and zipped up when not in use. Otherwise, that shoe bag will take up a good proportion of the space in the bag. But coming from a yoga bag that had a space for shoes i knew what to expect. There are pockets galore in this bag. I use the two slide pockets on the laptop sleeve for my Hydroflasks and they can hold my 32 oz one very well, as well as my 24. The side pocket is nice and large and can probably hold another water bottle, but I keep my sunglasses case in them. A separate section has a decent admin panel with zip pockets for gloves and my wallet. And due to it being 32L, there’s still plenty of space for a change of clothes and a large assortment of towels. Its also fairly light. I wouldn’t be able to tell that it’s 32L except for the fact that it just looks big.
